I do the same thing as you, I take applicants and cross reference them with their Facebook profiles. It's the way business is done for the lower tier jobs (receptionist, sales, etc). For all you guys who think it's creepy, you clearly don't own a business or have to hire lower tier workers.

As for which one you hire, I always bring them in separately for one orientation session (paid) and see if they can handle the work, how the work with others, and their overall ability to deal with problems (which I fabricate). You go from there and usually the answer becomes pretty obvious.

Its not that he's checking their fbook... That's understandable... The creep factor comes from him plastering their pics all over a gambling forum

I am not a lawyer, but I am pretty sure a lawsuit could be filed somehow. Pretty sure posting pictures of girls and asking which one should I hire based on how they look is not legal. Again, I am not a lawyer but it's pretty obvious something is wrong if someone is making a thread like this.

That's more from him seeking the desperate approval from his online peers. While it's certainly lacks class it isn't entirely too surprising considering the kind of people who frequent this website. SBR members, for whatever reason, fukking love voyeurism.
