About 10 days ago this Blue eyed girl came into my salon and applied. I didn't hire her on the spot because I tend to think about things first in regards to making the best business decision. She's 19, very polite, and well... take a look at her photos.

Then about 2 days ago... this Brown eyed girl applied through our FB business page. I ended up emailing her back and called her for an interview. This girl writes very well and it's almost too good to be true with some of the things she says. She is highly business minded... or... she just tells me what I want to hear? She's 19, and well... take a look at her photos.

I can only hire one girl at this time. I'm totally torn about this. I don't know who I should go with? Who would you pick and why?
