It's funny because I was just thinking about this very question as I've been watching a lot of Survivorman lately. I have no idea how long I would last but I think most people at SBR would go insane from SBR withdrawals after around 4 hours.

I think it is impossible to starve to death in 3-4 days

most people don't camp in freezing conditions

not too many bear deaths

in the woods its hard not to find some water somewhere

I'd say it would be a big long shot for just about any healthy adult to die BEFORE 30 days

you also gotta take into account, that no one that goes camping and gets lost, STAYS lost.

its not like you get dropped down in the middle of a 25,000 square mile forrest with a helicopter all alone

I think the average person would last about 3-4 days before they starve or freeze. How long would you last?

I graduated from Survival School and Artic Survival School in the military...so quite a while...I'd still cry like a baby at a certain point if I didn't snare some squirrels or rabbits for food pretty fast...but with a water source, it would be a a long time
