working class parents / both heads of households have to work in the new planned economy leaving health and diet secondary, meaning Americans no longer have the time to cook well balanced meals and exercise, therefore the demand for quick processed and fast foods (very unhealthy) is the new American way which is a product of Capitalistic driven food&health industry............

There are are still racial problems but its a very open and entrepreneurial country in a way that parts of Europe arent. is this a joke? cheap calories are expensive too. You can buy brown rice and bean for a year with a few bucks, fat free powder milk is cheap too. whole grain bread is cheap. You can find chicken breast 1 pound for 1.5 dollars. whole sale stores have lettuce for 1 dollar. bananas are 30 cents per pound. You can eat with 100 bucks a month which is a 1 day low salary. I had to work 3 days to buy one avocado in cuba. Rent 1500 dollars and food 100 if you want to save. food is not an issue for americans. Rent and medical inssurance are an issue.

Judging from your grammar, the education system obviously failed from whatever country you're from. Either that or learn basic 5th grade English. There's a big difference in designing/innovating and manufacturing a product.

China is the latter which is basically equivalent to a slave mule while innovative American companies benefit from their stupidity. We design it and take 95% of the profits while we pay your dumb ass work force 5% to slave hrs upon hrs on the manufacturing.
