Never have we seen any evidence of a firm commitment let alone a formal agreement that NK was going to denuclearize.
There has been a fair bit of evidence to the effect that rather than moving in that direction they are doing the opposite.
This is the first time that the buffoon has made any statement to cast doubts upon his assertion of victory.
And it appears he's trying to put the blame on the Chinese!
