#37I wish I had only been waiting for weeks. It has been 31 business days. In the really world that is 1 month and 2 weeks. Does that seem crazy to anyone but me? I just got another email from them today asking me to send in my new bank statement through today. WOW!!!!! I can't believe how terrible they are being. When I ask them for the wire trace info, Fed wire number and sender name, they respond with they need another bank statement. What's up with that????? Sounds like they never sent it and they are trying to buy more time...Comment -

#39I believe you are wrong & it also sounds like you are saying that "waiting for long periods of time is the norm". I play at Bet365 lately & my last 3 cashouts have taken 4 days from request to cash in hand.
I dont know if it is a good idea to defend a book when so many people are conveying their problems with it. I also dont know if you should endorse a book you have never played at. They are holding players money for weeks when it only takes seconds to receive our cash. This is, in my opinion a scam. I agree that the industry is in an unflattering state but, this site in particular has the type of bad press attached to it that should be raising all sorts of red flags.Comment -

tracking number is pointless with them.
they do pay, it just takes an eternity.
on average for me it takes 4-5 weeks.

Said it will take up to ten days to find out what happend and then basically I have to start from scratch...... The place is a huge joke and as soon as I get this resolved I will never use them again............Comment -

#58Everything I'm reading in here is scaring me. I requested a payout from Bovada which was approved on April 6. When the "15 business days" arrived without a tracking #, I e-mailed them and they said they need an extra 2-3 days because of Easter. I e-mailed them again this morning and they again want an extra 2-3 days. So I guess my next response will be they have to trace it and I'll have to wait some more? Bodog, years ago, was horrible at payouts but they then got their act together. Hope Bovada does soon.Comment -

I've Requested my withdraw on April 9th and haven't heard or received anything from them either. Called Cust Serv the other night and they just asked me to wait a couple more days. Bovada, I hope you know that this is bad for business. We're talking about a lot of $$$ here, the customer should know exactly when they expect to receive their $. Not just some average number of days that you throw at us. On top of that no tracking # or any kind of method to follow how far a long the transaction is at? I'm REALLY crossing my fingers and hoping that I get it soon, and a legit check too.Comment -

I cashed out a small amount on 4/12/2012 and was told it would be available in 15 days. Then i was told 15 business days. Now I'm being told they are backed up because of the easter holliday. So my response was: So the longer Bovada stays in business the more they will be backed up because the more hollidays that will occur. She then proceeded to say that they hire a third party to do their payouts and had no control over that. So then I asked: Who does your collections when we first press "deposit" and it is immediately taken out of my account? She then responded that this is also handled by a third party. So I suggested that they switch companies and that this would fix the problem. Then I proceeded to note that I only do it for entertainment purposes and that I had lost several thousands in the past three years and had only cashed out once for $300.00. I said wouldn't a company like yours want to keep a customer like me happy? She than stated that she wishes she could do something but that it was out of her hands and suggested that if I did not get anything after 20 days of waiting then I should ask for a supervisor and he would be able to help me. So I replied: How come he can't help me now?....And that's how it goes at Bovada....needless to say...I will no longer be playing there, can someone please suggest a more reputable site where it does not take as long to payout as with this site???Comment -

Wrote them back explaining that it is the 19th business day, and in fact one calendar month from the day I requested my funds. Also asked them to define "shortly". and the battle continues......

Stay away from these guys. They won't pay like other books do. They take your $$$ happily but can't seem to find a way to pay you when you win. I hope SBR downgrades this fraudulent outfit asap.Comment -
