If you really want to build a bankroll, start off slow playing only one table at a time. Make sure to use proper bankroll management, sitting down at a cash table with no more than 5% of your bankroll. For tournaments, use no more than 2% of your bankroll for any one tourney. Slowly, as you get more and more experienced, increase the amount of tables you play and increase buyins while still using proper bankroll management

i m doing thAT
i can only play 1 table at the time i still get lost with mre than one
in the last couple of moths i have had a lot of swings due to anxiaty
but i decuded to make 20 dollars per day and when i hit the number i quit
i only play 1 3dollar tournamnet and 2 different poker rooms to make the 20 daily pot.
the last couple of days i had been very fortunate and made 30 per day
this will take me to the monthy number that i need to build the br
once i hit the magic 1000 then i will up my number to 30 per day and see how i do.
so far my br looks helthy thanks to the FTR and a great frind no1here\

Sounds a great plan.why do you want cash out?

i start playing very slapy because i had the dollars
once i remove the money i started playing a lot better
looks like a become too loose of a plyer if i have money on the account
i will redeposit to get the bonus and other beneffits.

My play become too loose and slapy by the time i have money and start making more aggresive plays than normal.
I start to gamble in stead of playing poker because i have the moeny, that is a bad habit that i must correct,\
therefore i make the withraws and start all over again with 40 dollars, and tide my game up, then i start playing a lot better.\
i did move up a bit on the stakes and play .25 .50 and did extrimilly well, too good to be true, but i still not ready, first i want to master the .10 .25 for about 10000 more hands ( so far 7000) with a 4,89 bb-100 that still indicating that i need a lot to do in my game
onece i reach some regularity i will move up on stakes,
as i stated before, i start building this bank roll on a SBR gift cert of 50 dollars back in july, and with all the ups and downs i still ahead after 20000 hands played in Bodog.
