Beware of Pinnacle

I was playing in a cash tournament, and I was disconnected.

I obviously lose, as i could not reconnect from three different computers.

When I contacted pinnacle, I got the run around, and no return of entry fee.

I was down to the final 25 people when it happened.

Shame on Pinnacle.

Was it the same connection on all three computers?

You can't blame Pinnacle if it was only your connection that went down. If they refunded money in that circumstance every angle-shooter in online poker would be disconnecting their internet connection every time things looked bleak in a tourney.
