Ok guys, I messed around with the schedule and put Oiler in a couple of the early spots as he said this could work. Only spot we need filled is Tuesday at 3pm. Any chance one of the late nighters on Tuesday can fill this spot? Chime in if this new schedule doesn’t work in any way guys.

This schedule has all of the input we have so far; We have 6 early to mid day slots open.

We need the team to help us with the early/mid day time slots so that we don't forfeit this tourney on day one. Unlearn, B1, KLC and Oiler can you guys give up a late spot to Lobo for an early one? He has indicated that he has no option but late due to work.

Unfortunately, with it being the first of the month, the earliest I can leave work this week is a little before 4pm cst/5pm est except for Wednesday where I'll be tied up until about 6:30pm cst/7:30pm est. Sorry, I tried to make arrangements in advance to have some flexibility if I qualified.

Also, in the table I'm listed twice on Wednesday, but won't be home in time to play in the 7pm est time slot.

have we confirmed that Lobo needs an after 7 pm slot each day? hopefully we can find some flexibility if Lobo has to play after 7. I had hate to have us miss an early trny due to not having anyone available for it..... If your scheduled for an after 7 and can get creative and work around your work schedule to play earlier, that will certainly help.

Opti and Sam, if all US teams are having this problem, I'm sure we could just bump the first trny of the day from noon, and make it midnight, to open up another after 7 pm slot....

so, we're gonna need to find a way to shuffle lobo into the line up in one of the 7-10 pm slots (maybe even 11 pm if unlearn can make something happen). If you have one of those slots (7-11 pm) let us know how firm that requirement is, or whether you might be able to make a move to a daytime slot.....

Trying to work something out on Tuesday, Have birthday plans with the daughter after work, not sure I am going to be available for any time slot. I'll post back here as soon as I know for sure. I'll know sometime tomorrow afternoon. Plan is just to take the day off but super short notice not sure that's going to work, but if does I'll be able to take that 3pm slot.

Check this one out and lets see if we can get everyone to agree. If there is a mistake let me know. Stu you can have any spot prior to 3PM on Tuesday if that helps? These tourneys are 4 person and will run about 45 minutes. I remember some running in less time if the SBR program throws out a set up hand.
