Ignition disabled my account on Saturday for a reason I am unsure of. I tried contacting them several times yesterday to clear up the situation, and no one was available to help me with this. Why disable my account and tell me to contact them at my earliest convenience, and then not be available on the weekend. And if you think live chat will help, LOL, you are in for a real treat. Even if you call in, they just give you some vague excuse for why they can't transfer you to the correct department. Or they will flat out tell you something that is completely false just to make you happy.
