Reality is clearly documented, but I'll recap for anyone new: Bobbo offered a 72k wager with DS that bobbo would reach 100k points (he had 92k at the time) before a third player (tatddy) did (tat had 10k at the time). His only condition was the "no loans were solicited". DS promptly gifted tat the points and won the bet. Bobbo refused to pay with various excuses, calling the gift a loan with no evidence (and irrelevant to his terms, which was that no loans would be solicited, not no loans given).
