I m in with you there, we can play some small easy SNG in a couple of chip hotels,make some money and buy in a bigger one.
Remeber that we did very well in 2012 we took down several smal sng of 40 players, easy money .

I like your idea Jake, in my case personal money is not the problem, It is BR money the one, I do not mix them and I took several bad runs lately, however i will be going to the local casino and try to play a nice tournament and see how i m doing lately in live torunys. To enter a good contest as you suggest is a great idea, personally I think that many of the participants will do well, i m talking about the conservative passive aggressive players, trip and I we could do well but be eliminated very early because our style, either win or bust in the first 19 minutes.
I suggested to enter a small sng like Flamingo Luxor balies for 80 dollars and build from there, i m confident because I always did well and Beerdog cashed out many times as well. Then move on to the more expensive ones.

doesn't really matter to me..I for sure want to play one of those rio daily tournaments one day for around $235 where they usually pay around 50kish for 1st..other than that I am open to suggestions..I'll play a lower buyin one day and I agree with you I actually like PLO a lot, I'd love to do a PLO tourney as well. I'm almost certain that we can find a decent one due to the fact that all these casinos have tournament series going on while we are in town.

Dog, u can do it for sure. There are a ton of Vegas poker tournaments, even if u don't play at Rio.

If u want lower buy-in, look at Sam's Town. OK tournament, a lot of locals play there.

But honestly I don't know if I'll go, how much fun a guy in a wheel chair is, and a few other issues. Don't want to Cramp Donkers Style with all the women flooding him. And don't want BeerDog begging me for a ride from tourney to tourney because he's to drunk to walk .

We are taking advantage of an $800 credit from our Shreveport casino for this cruise. So it's nothing special. Just hitting two ports in Mexico. But the wife wanted to do something different for her birthday. I'm sure we'll check out the casino but won't do an extensive amount of gambling since we have a casino trip planned in two more weeks for the holiday weekend.
