wolf I saw the 66 hand and I wondered what u had and figured u were trying to trap him. of course u know me--I would have shoved on him before the river card. think u right he would have gone away there with a shove from u. doubt he would have wanted to hang in with those 6's

Also bad luck here. After I eliminated hax early (his QQ went allin preflop vs my KK), I had a few rough hands. But I was still very much into it, until I got K9 on SB. Button (EmpireMaker_USA) limped, I did the same, BB (sinmiedo_can) checked. Flop came A99, I checked, attempting a check-raise if someone had an ace. Everyone checked, so after turn (6) I made a half pot bet, sinmiedo folded and Empire reraised. Obviously I went allin, and he called, with pocket sixes.

So, third place. Sinmiedo won it at the end.

On the board at least. Had him all in at one point after the flop down to 6 outs and he hit. Can't complain though because I got some mega luck on the river after I was all in preflop against with QQ up against KK and A9. Someone must have pulled that magical sbr poker lever in the back room to help us out.

And foxx got a fine 2nd place, after winning a huge 3-way pot with QQ vs KK and Ax. He got Q of river

But heads up he played it too tight, opening the button just about 30%, and mostly limping. As dikefale was also too tight, minraising 80%+ was right, even on low stack depths usually played push/fold. So, game became a foldathon. Later dikefale started playing a bit more aggressive, so foxx stack was shrinking. At the end foxx correctly went all in preflop ATs on 5BB depth, and was called by K9o, unfortunately 9 came on flop. He still had 15 outs (any heart A or T), but luck was not on his side this time. Anyway, it is the best result today for us. Good effort, foxx.

Oh well, 2nd. Went into headup with a 80% chip advantage, he kept 3betting my button raise and I took a stand with KQ, he snapped with A7d. Didn't really mind a 60/40 but he managed to fade the board, left me with 2k, basically all in or fold at 75/150 blinds. Qx shove, he snapped again with Ax, gg. Playing on hindsight should have folded the KQ but seems like i had decent equity against his 3betting range there.

Good job guys. Key in this is getting points on the board. Our experience is that if u get 4 total points over the 4 days u did your job. If u get more than that, u helped someone else.

Depending on table dynamics, I actually like your line here. Flop's really dry, a check back will definitely suck him in if he hit the turn, which he did. Just a really unlucky river for u, usually it's a go for max value river there but given this SNG format, I would most probably have just flatted. Still, decent line, gg.

Panamabrad got a 2nd place, a bit unlucky as he dominated the table most of the time. And blacklady got our first win, playing strongly, albeit a bit too tight on heads up. But recovered nicely from a bad beat, when she had AK vs QQ, flop came AKJ, and ronzer got the T for straight. Congrats on all the guys getting points today.

after my 12 pm shit fest i went to sleep, didnt rail anybody on our team. just had a bad feeling it wasnt gonna be our day, also was tired though.

the 2nd day will give us more of an idea where we stand. generally whoever is in first place pulls away by the end of the third day. and its a fight between 2nd, 3rd, maybe 4th.

got greedy kat. slow played it. but thought my bets were high enough that he would fold esp. cuz he had 66. guess he thought i was bluffing and was rewarded on the river.

time to step it up warriors. we need 2-3 first place cashes today to keep the run for first place. otherwise start contemplating second or third.

hopefully i start the day off well for us. put everybody in a fighting spirit. each and every one of us has his/her own style of play that has been more then effective. employ it and hope luck is on our side today.

Second place here. Not too bad, given opposition (Jakepeavy23, sinmiedo, hax). I started heads up behind Jake, like 3000 vs 5000. As blinds were still small, a long match ensued, almost without shoves. Match took small ups and downs, but the tendency was slightly on my favor. When blinds got to 300, I had advantage like 5200 vs 2800. Then we got our first showdown, My AKs vs his 44. He got a 4 on flop, so I was left with about 2500. Then Jake started pushing, as my effective depth was 8 BB. After a few hands, I shoved A3o, he called with KTo. He got his T on flop, so game over.

Our team has had its share of bad luck, Wulf got disconnected, and now foxx is not playing
