And btw, now that we have wasted time and focuss talking about replacements for a week.

Which has obviously left Foxx thinking he has no commitment to our team.

Can we please now try and convince him to do thew right thing and make an effort to play for the team rather than just stealing a spot then leaving the other 11 out to dry.

I'd blame Foxx but how can I when he kept being told he didnt need to worry.

Did you guys just join SBR last week?

When in the history of any competition have they changed rules after announced, or even discussed it. Despite there being loads of complaints and requests for changes to every single contest they run?

They were never even going to consider it. Top 12 pro scorers get sent the password. Full stop end of game. It was never going to go down any other way.

It's ok Aussie dude, everyone can come off with the negative waves prior to their coffee. Its a bite for sure. I would be glad if they just seated us for that spot. lolol Prob finish 2nd a couple days with a stiff against these other fools and wannabes. Class thing for Foxx to have done was to PM SBR early and disqualify himself so he wouldn't keep showing up on the roster week to week. I will grab 7 in just a moment.

Hopefully he will be able to find time to play some of the days at least. I'm sure he knows he can switch into another spot on a day to day basis by just PMing whoever has the time he wants and have them fill the vacant 2pm time.

FOXX I do this for a living (not SBR) but I am at my computer at approx. 8 everyday EST. If u want my spot and want to switch with me just PM me early and let me know! If u want PanamaBrad's spot just PM him or me. I have him on speed dial and he will adjust to accommodate u also. Bro, I find internet at weird places all over the world. hard for me to believe u can't pop in somewhere and play for an hour??

Thank God man. I haven't left the house in 2 years and this thing was scheduled during my first trip past the driveway in years. You can count on me to be there on the new dates and to whoop some of that cocky american ass.

Wasn't around last year but won't forget the 2011 cup. Got swapped to the last timeslot on the last day due to matchup reasons .. didn't really bother me until I found out I had to win it to clinch 2nd for the team. Had amazing luck that day haha..

Unfortunately I can only play the 5pm still (4pm maybe) since I'm no longer a bum uni student. Hope that's ok

World wins its first tourney! After not so awesome play by Wulf on first tourney (eventually won by Europe), I had apparently a difficult slot. Jakepaevy and sinmiedo are not slouch, while I have no info on Hax. Luckily for me, sinmiedo did not show (he had miedo?) and hax was on autofold for first 30 mins, so it was a weird heads up match between Jakepeavy and me, with dead money by hax (to my left, so I had easy steals).

Game went up and down many times. Our first allin was my QQ vs his AK. I got a Q on turn, but it was exactly what he needed for straight. So, Jake lucked out this time, but I later had exactly same luck, when my two overcards got a straight vs his low pair. We ended going allin like 6 times, the short stack won the first 5 times, and I finally beat him, just a few hands after hax arrived. So, a new heads up match, this time with large stack advantage to me (like 5000 vs 1000). Hax played it well, reached 2500, but then the tide changed and his stack went down. At the end, I beat him in with low pair vs overcards.

I am happy seeing my hours studying shorthanded games paid off. Pace is way faster than I am used to, and of course, ranges are wider. I should study heads up too, as it is different than the normal HU SNG (the SB acts first postflop here, last on HU SNG).

If you haven't played much against Sin. pretty aggro and will go with any 2 cards. almost reminds me of Durr play at times. I watched a little bit. Looked like u r now inside Jake's head. he may be trying to "switch" with someone after that caning. Nice work.
