As a St. Johns fan, it's tough even considering the possibility of placing a wager against them, nor have I ever done so despite how confident I may be in a spread against them. May I recommend you avoid all Louisville games despite how confident you may be; you’ll still have a bias perspective regardless of what you may think/say.

I used to believe that, and i get so caught up this louisville games (no matter how they are playing) I mean im literally running around the house screaming at every play.

However, I as matured I realized I know this team better than any other so why not use it to make money. For instance I posted fade threads 3 games in a row on sbr against college of charleston,western kentucky, & gtown...

Pitt has been struggling of late, you would think they get it turned around tonight.

Cincy is playing as good as I've seen in a long time...

Ok, Here's the scoup on Pittsburgh basketball. I can describe their struggles in 2 words, Travon Woodall (12.4 PPG,7.5 APG,42% From 3)! This Junior guard has missed most of the season and is the single most important player on their team (listed as doubtful for tonight's matchup). He does so many things off the bounce by scoring at the rim and the drive and dish game. But the biggest thing he does is allow Aston Gibbs (16.9 PPG, 36% From 3) to MOVE WITHOUT THE BALL. Gibbs is one of the premier shooters in the conference and thrives off the catch and shoot game. Now, he has developed into a more well rounded player in this his senior year, but that's his game. If he has to waste time playing the 1, it really takes away from scoring opportunities from the 2 spot.

DePaul comes into this home game, with a decent 9-4 record and fresh off a blow out from the Cuse(what else is knew). The Blue Demons are lead by two outstanding sophomore scorers in 6-8 forward Cleveland Melvin (18.8 PPG, 6.5 RPG) and 6-3 guard Brandon Young(16.1 PPG, 5.0 APG). However Depaul really hasn't beaten anybody worth talking about to impress me. They are an improving group but I predict they finish towards the bottom of the big east conference again.

I think the x-Factor in this game is going to be 6-5 Senior Forward Nasir Robinson (12.9 PPG, 6.7 RPG). This kid is only 6-5 but plays more like 6-9. He is a relentless competitor who does whatever coach Dixon needs him to do on any given night. Look for him to make some big plays en route to this Panthers Road win.

Jamie Dixon know's his guys can't afford to fall to 0-3 in this young Big East season. This game will be won on the glass, as I look for Pitt to dominate the rebounding department. Depaul is going to fight hard, but at the end it'll be the Panther's earning their first win.

I hit this last night @ 4.5 and the line is 5/5.5 everywhere now and looks to be rising. If we keep beating these closers, it'll go along way to maximizing this Big East Season.

I also think this total set at 145.5 is just too high. Im going to also play the under here,

12:00 #9 Georgetown @ West Virginia

This is going to be a war and Im going to say this line will be G Town -2.5, (I Already lean WVU)...

2:00 St. John's @ Cincinnati

Should be low scoring game, and this is a spot where Cincy can continue to roll by forcing a ton of turnovers in this matchup. I'll say Bearcats -10.5

4:00 Notre Dame @ #10 Louisville

Louisville should win this one going away, Estimated line -14.5

4:00 Marquette @ #1 Syracuse

I thought Marq would get that win last night against Gtown and they just blew it. Curious to see how they bounce back, but I'll be all over Marq if I could get DD in this spot. I'll say Cuse -8.5

6:00 Seton Hall @ Providence

This is a game where Im hoping the books throw me a bone. This is a perfect spot for the Pirates to slip up on the road against the much improved Friars. Would Love to see something silly like Seton Hall -7.

8:00 #8 UConn @ Rutgers

I am just not high on the Huskies this year at all. Rutgers needs to step up and battle them at home and they do match up much better with the huskies than they did the mountaineers last night. Look for Rutgers to play a big game here...

Ill guess UConn -5.5

However I am not sure Lavin will be around much longer I am beginning to think that this could quite possibly be the end of his run. Not sure when maybe a year or two down the road, but things aren't looking good for us. For starters his wife despises New York, secondly the dude is sick. His health is in my prayers, but this could potentially be the means for him to walk away from the program he put back on the map last season... Great respect for the guy and I hope he is the coach of the future, but we will have to see.

I took Gtown +3, not so sure about my picks in regards to Louisville if one will even be made. And maybe this is simply bias thinking at it's finest but I just don't think this Cincy team is good enough or consistent enough to be giving such a talented, yes young, but none the less talented..12 points. Your cards barley covered that spread and although it was a road game the crowd wasn't nearly as an 'anticipatingly' loud as expected. Of course transitive properties and the whole they beat them so they'll beat you strain of thought doesn't apply in NCABB, I can not help but argue that Cincy is just incapable of conquering such an athletic team by 11-12 points.

I really like marq in this spot, and think they could hand cuse their first lose of the season. For this thread, im only going to play units 1-3 (3 being very rare) and not just going to be like some of these posters who are throwing around 5x and 20x left and right.

I respect the cuse too much to go any more than one unit on this play, but I think it's a great matchup for Buzz's group.

D Johnson-Odom will be able to attack that zone with his dribble drive, and open the floor for Jae Crowder and other. Also I can see the Orange getting into a lil foul trouble. Slightly concerned if this Golden Eagle group can forget about major letdown last time out, Blowing that huge lead @ Georgetown. In the past the Eagles have short term memories and 11 points is way to many for me to pass up (looks like i got a good line to as I see mostly 10's now...)

OT: How bout this St. JOhn's perfomance today, I got a feeling they find a way to lose to 11 point lead.
