It probably won't matter, but why did Edsall go for 2? Now its an eight point lead and still a one possession game. You kick the extra point and your lead is 9.

I think you're completely misinterpreting this guy's intent.

By no means was he attempting to "bust your chops", but instead was meaning to simply reply to your previous inquiry in an informative manner. You asked why they went for two, and he only responded to your question. In other words, he was only providing a correct and straightforward explanation for your otherwise confounding situation.

MD dominated, 28-18 fd's, 500 total yards, they were unlucky in red zone, settled for FG's.
Incredible bad play and bad luck should have been up 14-0 but Obrien made rare bad decision and threw instead of running it in... that would have crushed MIA mentally...
There were plenty of key plays, you cannot isolate the pick 6.
