I guess one of the lessons of these threads (especially after the chat was posted) is this. Very little is accomplished from acting hysterically. It's a lot of money and I understand that there is some anxiety associated with its loss, but it's also a chunk of change to the book. Take a deep breath, relax, and let the process work. If the book doesn't provide you with a satisfactory response, SBR can then be a resource. I guess I ask you this. When was the last time you got something you wanted by yelling a lot? I know that approach doesn't work too well for me.

5Dimes seems like a good sportsbook and I've never personally had any trouble on that end but this is one of many complaints that I've heard about their casino so just because a site is good on one thing doesn't mean everything there is. I'm trying to think of one of the other major books had trouble with their poker room earlier this year so stuff like this does happen, its not just 5dimes.Comment -

I see nothing wrong with 5dimes posting the facts... they went above and beyond by giving the player the win, when in fact he was not dealt a blackjack, and the dealer never got to draw cards. Not sure why he lied about it.. Id very grateful right now if I was the OP.Comment -

Once 5Dimes and Sportsbet merged they have went in the crapper.. This sort of thing happened to me before and was canceled. I had not even close to the amount of money you had on the line but still go screwed out of $25 and never thought to file a complaint at the time.Comment -
I asked Tony about my sportbook delay of 30 seconds a few years ago. All he said was "Maybe you would like 45?". Enough said, his house, his rules, I could read the writing so I withdrew and was paid promptly.
