Just logged off 5dimes and I am FUMING right now.
I was playing BJ with the live dealer for about an hour or so, winning, losing, etc.
Went into the big 500$ games, starting playing a bit, lost a bit, won a bit, ended up being down around 800$.
There are 7 players at the table, and on this hand 3 out of the 7 guys put a 500$ bet out, including me.
Anyway, cards are dealt, 2 of the 7 get dealt aces, other 5 have 17, 18, 16, 20, 20.
I have an Ace and sitting at chair seven, and the guy sitting in chair 5, was dealt a BJ.
I am the last player to be dealt the 2nd card, the dealer goes to scan it, places it on the table, but never scanned the card and it was a "10".
The Dealer says something to us, but she is muted and none of us can hear here.....
The "supervisor" logs into the chat and says since the "10" I was dealt never was scanned, the hand is CANCELLED.
WHY NOT JUST SCAN IT AGAIN? It's sitting right there the card, on the table.
I was screwed out of $1,250 after losing a decent amount this evening.
Lou, Justin, SOMEONE from SBR, can you please help?
