Being a good customer to these guys means nothing. All they care about is that you continue to open up your wallet to them. You cant really blame them for it though, the whole industry is like that. These "live casinos" are another way to steal your money. They let you feel comfortable and let your guard down. If your up big or make a big wager, they will have a techical issue like with the live feed video goes out and you can't see the cards or wheel then of course you lose. I have had this done to me in a few different books. Like another poster said earlier in this thread. "Why are you playing at an online casino? Jokes on You"

First off, that is not 5 dimes, that is a 3rd party company's casino...so dont fly off the handle at 5 dimes...

2nd, I agree with you... I have played in there many times and have seen far too many mistakes.. most commonly is the one you noted, they call it a "bad scan"

I was alone at a table when a "bad scan" happened, a supervisor came in that chat and said the hand would be canceled, and I said no way... I had doubled down on 11, got a 19 verse the dealer 7... the card didnt scan, but the next one did and it was 7 which the dealer correctly placed with her hand, but on the computer I was given the 7.. I told the supervisor to play it out and give the 7 to the dealer and they did... at first she said it would be canceled, and upon my insistence that it be played out, they did.. but it may have been because i was the only one at the table, who knows..

Again, its not 5dimes, but I would alert them of it as Im sure you have.

I just spoke with a manager at 5Dimes that is reviewing the situation. If things happened as laid out, you will be credited with the win. They are checking the tape and should have an answer shortly.

I didn't deposit with them this year because of the horror stories about them that I read on here.

It shouldn't take SBR intervention for an A rated book to treat their players fair and with respect.

5dimes is not the problem. All books participate in this type of activity. This is why you should only use the sportsbooks.
