I think I have the answer to this one but would hope someone to correct me if I'm wrong.

If your in a conversation with another person you cannot record and publicize that conversation without the other party knowing that they are being recorded. However, in a chat it's implied that the conversation is being logged, therefore you lose some of your privacy rights.


The conversation noted the customer as 'customer' which is not only the professional thing to do, but in no way, shape, or form revealed his identity. Along with the implied consent, I don't think it's illegal.

Now if 5dimes would have posted it w/ his real name, address, and phone number that would be a different story because none of that pertained to the conversation at hand.

It's implied consent. Also, the issue was brought forth publicly by the OP, therefore he engaged the issue publicly and therefore gave up some of his privacy rights there as well.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure I'm right. I smoke a lot of weed, so I know what the government(s) are allowed to do

i placed a $250 wager in live dealer baccarat. amount was deducted from balance. said "bet placed ok please wait for dealer actions" placed with about 5-10 seconds left in betting period. chips remain on banker entire duration of the hand. banker wins. chips disappear from bank slot. balance goes to original amount that it was before the hand, so i get refunded my bet, but not paid winnings. i got supervisor on table and he says they have no record of my bet?!?!?!

it confirmed my bet with about 8 seconds left to bet, chips sat there the whole time. bet was deducted from balance entire duration of hand. after hand balance increased by 250, but i was not paid winnings.

im still dumb enough to play in their live dealer. but ive seen some sketch shit.

Do yourself a favor and Stay away from 5dimes Live Dealer! It is definitely fixed. Still not sure how this book is rated A+, but here is my personal experience of last 5 sessions with 5dimes live dealer BJ, take from it what you want. Out of playing there at least 10 separate occasions, and about 75 hands, I noticed a trend. First off on 1st session dealer only busted one time out of twenty hands (no exageration). Second session dealer hit to 21 three times in a row, and hit to a twenty on 4th hand and got a BJ 5th hand. 3rd Session Dealer went 12 straight hands without busting and received a whole card of either 10 or ace 9 times in arow. 4th session a player at the table tried to double a 6,5 versus dealer 5 and they wouldn't let him hit, well the dealer ended up getting a 10 and a 6 for another 21 costing everybody at the table. When everybody threw a fit, the pitboss comes on and says "sorry your time ran up, everybody loses." 5th session, dealer goes 11 hands without busting and on 12th hand, dealer is about to bust, but the bust card mysteriously won't scan, so it is thrown out. Could this all be coincidence? Maybe, but I doubt it. What do you think?
