You likely have nothing into it except a bill collector coming after you ( IMO). Car is worth what you can sell it for minus what you owe....likely a negative number.

You need a car that needs to be driven from Philly to Ca. Anything would do. Sometimes rental vehicles migrate one way....not sure here about this. You'd need great credit and a place like Hertz ( etc.) that needs cars, vans, etc. back in Ca....iffy at best.

The $200 bus is the most likely option. I did that myself ( LV to ct) in 1995.

You must have got that loan from a shady used car dealer. I'd just give them back the car and title and say I'm sorry I can't pay it off They probably should not have sold it to you in the 1st place.. Don't forward your mail. Hopefully they don't pursue you for collection and you can start over in Ca.

I only took you seriously because you've been here 2 years.

I know people that can get drugs and place a bet for me but a chop shop is not something you come across everyday.

It's a few thousand dollars potentially owed on a loan that should have never been made in the 1st place....no need to get all criminal about it.

This guy is probably paying 15% or something on it, to boot. Give it back and they just might let it pass.

What's this car bluebook at Cobalt ?

I think you said you owed $6500 ?

5k like PO said might be on the high end of right ?

maybe it will wash out then if it is anywhere close to even ?

no cash to you, though !

You shouldn't loan people more money than a used car is worth or will be worth in the foreseeable future....so they can never get upside down on the loan.

With any luck you can settle for turning it in undamaged.

Sounds like no other real debts, so don't go file bankruptcy over this BS.

I can't afford this car, I'm broke, give it back, hope for the best !
