I agree with you. No point in going on vacation with that deal. It’s funny what you say about condoms.... half my buddies are wearing face masks but have been raw dogging awful skanks for decades. Had to mostly punt my trips for the year.

Wow, interesting...its posts like these that make me question the validity of any of this...How could people be tested, results come back...verify them, then tally them up and send the new numbers out with 9 hours until the end of the day. That is extremely efficient and imo probably very flawed to say the least if not totally fabricated...

Most of the numbers we see today, are deaths from a few days ago as they get certified and test results are typically from.4-8 days ago.

If someone gets a test today, if they come back positive it will prob show up in numbers around July 18 give or take.

Things are so bad in FL that I bought about 7 shirts and 5 pairs of shorts at Old Navy yesterday (everyone wearing masks) then bought a bunch of furniture at City Furniture (same masks).

Then I went to a cigar bar (social distanced) nd watched Sounders v Earthquakes and had 3 cigars and 3 bourbons.

Things are unbearable in Florida.

I feel like we should just ask one person from each state to check in on how their day to day personal life is.

if they think things are good, we stop worrying about it and just keep the press out of that state to meddle and fear monger, then instruct the health care system to stop tallying numbers.

open that state in every way, no restrictions.

You’re just fortunate that the areas you frequent haven’t been hit YET. What do you think will happen when a few people at the cigar bar comes down with Covid?

All you have to do is look at how many people are waiting hours in line to get tested. Most have symptoms else they wouldn’t be in line. 1/4 are testing positive. These lines are huge. Heck Fla had almost 200 deaths yesterday. Once again, maybe no one you know... YET!

Every governor wants to do their own thing. You need a collective effort from all levels of government like what happened in Canada to get the virus under control.

America is too worried about their freedom and making this a political battle to get their numbers under control. Disney being allowed to open today is just mind blowing.

I live in PCB Florida and I can tell you since we opened back up before Memorial Day it’s been packed. Every hotel and condo has been sold out every night. Restaurants are packed no enforcing the 50% thing here. We set a record $ amount for July 4th weekend the city is saying

Locals mostly wear masks in stores but tourists don’t seem to care. Our city council is as useless as our governor imo

Fortunately for me I’m retired, about all I do is walk the beaches , go to the outdoor range and go to the grocery store.

Social distancing isn’t happening here in this part of Florida. $ is more important than anything in most of Florida since we have no state income tax, it’s all dependent on bed taxes from tourists
