    Good customer service. Never had a problem with them. Although they are a small book so lines are juiced more and they have limited betting options on things like soccer.

    Good for small bettors but impossible to get any big money out. Limited to like 2500 a week cashout and they charge for everything but bitcoin.

    customer service is nothing but form letters/emails nowadays

    you will get paid is about the only positive imo

    last check they still had 4 days wait even on bitcoin withdraw

    2 days then 2 days process

    who the F has time for that

    I've been with intertops off and on since 2002. I'd give them a solid C ranking. Pretty awful lines on soccer, and they don't offer much in the way of player props (my main thing now) but decent lines on baskets, football, baseball, and other major sports. Customer service is decent, payouts come in a reasonable time compared to the rest of the market (but not the fastest), and they offer the best loyalty bonuses around. I've had mild success but have never had problems with being limited. I've worked with 8-10 books over the last 20 years and intertops is right in the middle. Worth having; not my favorite, but the one I've been with the longest. Never used the casino, that's not my thing. Hope that helps.

    Intertops is slow on their payouts, and they abuse you on BTC conversions. Bovada is a much better choice.
