why?
first of all, there is a 1 ball rule and you must play the same type of ball you started with...so if any ball was found it would go to the CADDY

hell, most only prefer a certain range ball to warm up with...that is why when you are at a pro tourney,,they give the pro range balls that coincide with what they play

There was a 1 ball rule back in effect way back in the day for junior tournaments as well. Back then way before the "Pro V" era, the top balls (not counting the tour balata) as 1 solid shots the thing looked like sand paper, but the "Professional" and the "Tour Prestige." I would just sharpie out the model and use both. No harm no foul.
Personally, I wouldn’t buy used because I wouldn’t trust it.

No. X-Outs are brand new balls with a defect on the label or pattern, that can't be sold in the regular boxes. They are legit, but illegal for competition.

If you think you will increase your swing speed some then I would go with the 2017 Bridgestone 330 RX or RXS model
It is for speeds under 105 mph and the compression is higher
The project a is for swings around 90 mph and under
