    The only thing you can do... take sh#$ to help prevent a cold. Nothing you can really do once it happens.

    9 out of 10 times when I get a sore throat it's a bacteria infection. I always have Amox pills for backup. I treat myself. Fuk doctors and waiting.

    alka selzer cold plus/advanced or whatever their strongest shit is works quite well.... day and night time formulas, use the day time only unless you want to sleep for 12 hours.....

    maybe even called alka selzer extreme.....

    I got a nasty flu bug right now and it was kicking my ass for the past 2 days, got a handle on it now.. Coming around..

    What worked for me - Hot tea with lemon, raw garlic, vitamin c.. Chicken soups.... Lot's of water to stay hydrated.. No dairy...

    Nightquill at night to help sleep and control the runny nose and congestion...
