I actually just got some curcumin based anti-inflammation treats to give to some friends for Christmas for their ailing dog. Hoping it works. The online reviews look very positive. I'll pick up some of this hemp oil stuff for them too. Thanks for the tip.

Update - After drinking Tequila and lemon all night the flu is almost gone today but the only problem now is I have a wicked hang over this morning.. Ugghhhhh.. SOB!!!!

Seriously. Do not eat any added sugar or white processed carbs. Drink water and eat fresh fruits, fresh veggies, grilled chicken breast and salmon with a sweet potato butter and cinnomrn. Oatmeal for breakfast
