9 out of 10 times when I get a sore throat it's a bacteria infection. I always have Amox pills for backup. I treat myself. Fuk doctors and waiting.

I got a nasty flu bug right now and it was kicking my ass for the past 2 days, got a handle on it now.. Coming around..

What worked for me - Hot tea with lemon, raw garlic, vitamin c.. Chicken soups.... Lot's of water to stay hydrated.. No dairy...

Nightquill at night to help sleep and control the runny nose and congestion...
