Seriously though, this case seems different to me than others I see on here whining about not getting paid. Some reasons it's different:

-The poster speaks English fluently instead of being out of some Eastern European country or Russia where you get a lot of scammers

-This isn't his first post, been a member for 10 years and is an SBRPro

-This Robert guy pulled a couple of easily disprovable excuses out of his ass which lends itself to just wanting a reason not to pay

-I have gone on benders in online casinos, and I, Like the OP and probably everyone else who plays online, start small and increase the betting if I am winning. What this means is there are 500 players who lose $500 that you never hear about and a couple of people hitting it big.

If you don't mind MSutter, I think there is a history you can pull up of your recent play on that game. Copy and paste it in a post so we can see what's going on. I went into my betonline account and didn't see that game so they may have pulled it.

Why didn't you notify the manager at the first sign of software malfunction? Instead you just kept pulling the crank, and cranking the yank, and yanking the bank, and spanking the plank, and ranking the stank, and eventually you pissed away all the goodwill you had, turning the tide against yourself due to immoral behavior.

Well I have a Magic 8-Ball that I keep on the mantle above the fireplace for situations that may arise such as the one you described... situations where I feel like I may need to beseech a higher power for answers.

I caressed this Magic 8-Ball like I would my testicles while checking for irregular lumps portending some unwanted medical anomaly... delicately, with painstaking attention to every square inch. I then implored my Magic 8-Ball with the following inquiries:

    1. Was there a sign of software malfunction?

    Response: It is decidedly so

    2. Upon learning of such malfunction, did Msutter continue on with the crank-yanking, hoping to strike it rich at the expense of some poor, innocent third world country enterprise, whose employees only wish to feed and clothe their families?

    Response: Signs point to yes

    Ahem... Need I say more?

Sorry but if you sit down at a slot machine with $88 and over the course of 8 hours or so are able to run it up to over 70k with no jackpots then pretty obvious there is some sort of glitch at play. Hate to say it but they are probably right.

Is it possible? Maybe...but why am I getting made up lies about my play from management instead of reasonable facts. Yes I started with little money but I pressed my bets fast. I was betting very big per spin almost from the very beginning of my play.

Say what you want about me, dammit... but you leave my Magic 8-Ball out of this! You guys will do anything to mar my reputation with your slings and arrows and I don't appreciate that one iota!

If I've learned anything from this at all, it's that I cannot trust anyone who's been an SBR member for 10 years but only has 300 posts. I wish I'd have never gotten involved in this madness!

Oh cruel, unforgiving world... Why me? Why now? Can't you just let me be?

Sutter is an SBR PRO and has been a member for 10 years.. That's why I gave his story the benefit of the doubt.

They do have a bet history on Betonline.com of Casino play that you should copy and paste and print as proof.. Post it here on this thread if you can.. It legitimizes your claim as truth and validates it even more online..

Cosign. Sutter seems cool and legit, this is life changing money for many here (certainly would be for me) and the book's excuses seem like BS, so this is truly sad.

I would completely agree if we're talking a vegas strip casino that pays out 90%, but these online casinos usually have a much lower edge since they don't have the expenses. Plenty of online casino games out there in the 98/99% payout range. That's about the edge playing basic strategy for blackjack. I have sat down at a 6 deck shoe starting with a $50 bet and turned it into 11k, and bj would be much less volatile than an online slot. And like I said earlier, for every one who presses their bet going for it and hits it big there are 500 who went broke that you never hear about.

That is a still shot from just before that dealer held out the top card or whatever you call it. He was stone faced and all of a sudden started laughing and smiling at something off camera as a distraction while he made the move. There's a thread in here about it if it's still up. It wasn't betonline running the casino, betonline was just the middle man who got a piece of the losses I think. That guy may have long been fed to and shat out by gators by now.

If it is a genuine software error all books have terms to cover them taking a loss from it.

Hopefully they are pressing the game supplier for proof there was a real problem for him.
