    Blackjack (21) Question ?

Ok.... you've been playing for hours , down 2,300.00 dollars - half drunk , tired and sleepy

You think, "fuuk it!" -- Put your last $3K in the circle for one last bet

    You get a natural 21 A/Q - Blackjack

    Dealer shows Ace

Do you take 'even money' or gamble and hope the dealer does not get a Blackjack also ?

Even money. Isn't the point of placing a wager is to win what you wagered? A bj is a bonus. Jmho

thats a sick question, whats even sicker is i cant decide. A normal person would take the even and walk away up 700. Im sick just like the rest of you degenerates on this site, you i cant help but go for the extra 1500 and end up losing the rest of my money later on tilt.

What if you had drawn 11 vs. dealer 6 with that last 3k? Never shove every possible (unless you got enough credit, I suppose).

    Oh, and let it ride.

The correct answer is to not take even money and let it ride....But I would argue that in this situation, there's a decent chance that you go busto if you end up getting a push.....Take the money and run away with a decent profit here as the profit outweighs your potential tilt/lose more factor

If you are a robot with zero emotions let it ride

Ask the pit if you can take even money for like $400 just to fuk with em

Securing some profit and sticking it to the suits is well worth the expected money lost by taking an even money portion

Yes taking even money is the exact same thing as taking insurance, and you can take insurance for less, so you should be able to take even money for less. Watch them call the suit who calls somebody else who finally gives the ok and then you get to watch the dealer try to figure it out

If you don't care about the money it would depend on the count, if you don't take Insurance you don't take even money.

But tilt mode with the opportunity to win would probably yield the safer option.

So why not not take even money. Then play the next two hands for 350 and hope to make make a run. No wonder there's a lot lot of broke fcuks in here.

    OK I will try

    16 tens in a deck
    36 non tens

Dealer will have a blackjack 16/52 = about 30% of the time

    So 100% - 30% = 70% of the time you win 4500

    .7 x $4500 = $3150 which is greater than $3000 (even money)

You are giving away over $100 every time you take even money in this situation

You've been playing for hours, things aren't going your way and you have a sure-fire way to walk away with $700 in your pocket.

The idea is to leave WITH money, not play until you give it back. Take the even money and don't look back. This is an easy question.

    This is thought-provoking.

I never take even money, but in this case I probably would.

Give the dealer a tip, and head home.

I quit playing blackjack after I got a pair of 7's, split em' and got another 7. Split em'. This continued until I had 4 hands, $50 on each. I got ANOTHER 7, I tried to split a 5th time and the dealer informed me I could not split again, that I had reached the maximum. I went on to lose all 4 hands. Who knows what would have happened if I had been permitted to split again. This was at Bill's btw.

The casino games keeps these places in business. The sportsbook is the only place you can hurt em'!!!!!

Let it ride then give $400 to the dealer and $100 to the girl in the cage. You'll make their day and you walk away with almost 2k in profit plus a nice buzz.

If he has it then you can say "penetrate my life!" and leave the bet there. When he beats you on the next one you can say "penetrate my life!" even louder before you leave.

P.S. Never bet all the money you have, I always keep enough to tip the dealer. It's not the dealer's fault I decided to walk into a -EV situation.
