Donating money won't bring families back together, and yes, both black men and women allowed the government to become the new father, which is the real issue no one wants to talk about. Money doesn't solve that issue.

Destroying the way to make the most money out of their god given talents is only something these guys could come up with, because they don't have knowledge, wisdom or virtue. Just money. And that won't last. It never does with foolish people. It's not horrible not being terribly intelligent, but lacking wisdom, you will ALWAYS pay a big price.
