They will postpone the games for *insert BS cultural whatever reflection.* Could you imagine a white commissioner calling a forfeit in this case...not going to happen. The hilarious thing is these players have backed themselves into a corner. The Shaun Kings and BLM morons will now call for them to leave the bubble and return to their communities to protest. If they don't, it's more lip service and bull shit like putting "Equality" and "Freedom" on the back of their jerseys. These players can't think more than a day ahead. Ratings will continue to go down down down.

For me, the most frustrating thing is watching the coverage of it on TV. NOBODY is going to say they disagree with any part of how this is being handled, even if they do disagree. It's all praise, praise, praise. The players ego's are going to soak up all of the love from the media and it's going to put pressure on them to hold out longer. I have a sinking feeling that the playoffs are over altogether.

Bucks have officially forfeited the game, too. Had them ML to close out a few open parlays that I was getting great odds on. Also had a bunch tied up in series future parlays I was about to cash. Praying to God that my book does the right thing and voids the forfeit, but if your aunt had balls, she'd be your uncle.

It's a completely different scenario, but it reminds me of the NCAA tourney cancellation. When I first heard rumors it was being cancelled, everyone said "there's no way that'll happen", then people started talking (hoping) about playing without fans----didn't happen, then the official cancellation.

With this, you hear the rumors of the "boycott", but again, don't think it will happen. Now, it happens, and people are saying (hoping) that it will only last a few days. It will snowball in the media and will become a MUCH bigger deal than it actually is. The players will now be seen as traitors if they get back on the court at ANY POINT in the near future. I'd give it -160 that the playoffs are done.

Just watching this moron on ESPN with his lips around the Bucks antlers, saying how proud he was of them and giving them all of the credit for starting this. In the next sentence, he said that the Magic were just following the Bucks and so they don't deserve any credit. Priceless stupidity.

On a related note, I think it's pretty crappy that nobody from the Bucks players or staff mentioned this to the Magic. Just give them a heads up, "hey, we're not coming out to play", so they don't look like a**holes out there warming up and being left with their d*ck in their hands.

Someone earlier mentioned how the entire BLM movement lacks leadership and this "boycott" is kind of a microcosm of that. Nobody knows what they're doing and decisions are being made on the fly with no long-term consideration.

Their customer service says that their playoff rules state that 30 days must pass without the game being played before wagers are graded no action
