how far away did he live from there ? why jog there ? was he looking for place to rape , rob ? car behind him may have set him up knowing guys in truck was looking for a criminal or may have been in on it as a get away driver ..idk but theres a lot more to the story than whats on this video . i dont think they were ridin round looking to shoot someone for no reason . the true will come out ..stay safe

I also heard there was only 1 gun stolen in the area from a few weeks prior (not sure if true)

The gun was stolen from the Father that was standing in the bed of the pick up truck. He left his gun in his truck unlocked and they discovered it missing an hr later.

I think the DA should pursue charges on anything that results in the illegality of trying to stop/intimidate a citizen with the use of firearms. That is the extent of what they did that could be construed as wrong. maybe cite the dad for riding in the pick up bed (that's not allowed in some areas anyways doubt its an issue in Georgia)

maybe that amounts to some sort of attempted false imprisonment charge if that were some type of thing or reckless endangerment.

but their pre meditated and unjustifiable actions ENDS at the moment the kid fleeing (not jogging) runs directly at the guy with the shot gun. Once that assault starts and continues into a grab for the gun, how can we put any blame on the white guy?

is he not supposed to fear for his life and stand his ground?

just because they went a little overboard and tried to take the law into their own hands they lose their legal right to defend themselves?

at that moment when the black guy attacks the guy with the shot gun. it was prob either the white guy died and then the black guy got shot by the father with his pistol afterwards.

or the black guy died and it was all over.

black kid should have run through the back yards instead of fleeing on the roads where they follow him in vehicles. dumb criminal

yeah this happened over two months ago.

it was on the news here for 2 days. I'm not sure if it made national news. I have not heard anything about this since then. No outcry for the police offers (who are clearly incompetent) to bed charged with a crime or even fired.

but seriously imagine if the races were switched on this case. It would be non stop protests.
