NBC is reporting that the shooters were quoted in a police report saying they believed victim was involved in recent burglaries; NBC is not saying that the victim was ever a burglary suspect in any way at all as you originally tried to claim:

NBC news yesterday said he was suspected of a burglary in a house in the same neighborhood.

No one, not the police, not the burglary victims, not the shooters, are able to provide any evidence that Arbery had any involvement in any burglary. Most everyone seems sure he was not a burglary suspect in any capacity outside of the lies of the shooters. And none of the burglaries were all that recent.
