I withdrew over 98% of my balance yesterday, was paid promptly. I'm going to wait about a week before going back, just in case they have a surprise on the 1st of Jan. or thereabouts.

My problem at Mansion turned out to be a wrongly entered neteller account number, probably by me on the payout form, perhaps somewhere else. The transaction was declined by neteller, and the money just sat in limbo. Since I'd had no mansion problems before this, I'm totally inclined to just give them a pass on this bc staff may have been out of town for the holidays. Still, not being able to get responses from them was annoying.
Anyway, a person from the finance dept contacted me today, put the money back into my account, i withdrew it again, and was paid 10 minutes later, so I'm sorted.
Also, Bill was extremely helpful in forwarding my case to the right person at Mansion, so thanks Bill!
