It was up to -4 or -4.5 at one point. Some places actually opened with louisvile at -1 Sunday. You'd have to be drunk to take Louisville at worse than +3... Just better options out there.

louisville rates at least as high if not higher than ole miss - who had fsu on the ropes and should have defeated fsu if not for 4 net gratuitous turnovers all in favor of fsu. and that was on a neutral field while this will be a true road game. i suggest it unlikely fsu receives the benefit of so many net turnovers, particularly with a banged up d.
obviously louisville has reviewed the tape of that game very carefully.
the difference in that game appears to b the 2 early 3q lucky turnovers which set fsu for tds from miss 32 and miss 11. that flipped the game. these things happen but they dont always happen. yet that is what fsu needed to get the lead on miss.
sure lucky net ts can happen again. but i cant make a profit betting that my pick will definitely get key net turnovers every game to defeat a very good opponent. ball bounces in many different directions

i havent heard any true analyst really even talk about how good louisville is.. all i hear is FSU this, FSU that blah blah.. i dont know why FSU has all this hype.. they were down 28-3 to OLE MISS'S OFFENSE. if FSU lets Louisville get any type of lead like that FSU can hang it up and call it night.

Ville wouldn't even be 2-0 if they didn't play a weak ass schedule. Its easy to look good when you play no one. FSU d line will maul this fukin QB all night long. Even with James out this kid isn't going to have all night to throw the football like he has against two awful schools in the first two weeks. IMO its stupid to use louisville first 2 opponents as a handicapping edge to take FSU. so what louisville put up 70 on them and blew those teams out? if anything that helps louisville gain some confidence and get some real bgame reps. louisville is just building a game plan by playing those teams and blowing them out. FSU secondary was exposed by chad kelly. lamar has just as good a arm or better than chad WITH better Wide receiver talent. if chad kelly did that to the FSU secondary, i can only imagine what Lamar is about to do this inexperienced secondary. but you're right we'll see..

True, but again Kelly did all his work in the first 2 quarters of the season. I think we all got a glimpse of FSU defense once they woke up, which was flat out dominant.

we DID get a good glimpse of FSU defense once they woke up, but if they play a sleepy 1H against Louisville and they try to "wake up" in the second half it could be too late to try and wake up. lamar is that damn fast.

I guess we will see but FSU sleep walked the first half last year and still won. I am almost more comfortable being down 17 then up just so I can enjoy the beat down FSU lays in the 2nd half, it's quite fun.
