We all know whats going to happen right, State has the better players we all know, they are built for 4 quarters. Action Jackson is gonna have to do his damage early and often for Cards to withstand. State is one the luckiest teams in college ball. Two years ago Famous Jameis traveled to Louisville on a cold Halloween night where the spooks were out. He quickly threw back to back picks and FSU got down 21-0. Noles drove the length of the field before halftime got inside the ten and fumbled in the endzone and luckily recovered for a td to go into the half down 21-7 in the worst 1st half of Jameis' career. First drive after halftime, Jameis throws another int to Holliman who led all of college ball that year with a record tying 14 ints(somehow he isnt on an NFL roster). As Holliman is running after the int, in unconventional fashion, Jameis runs down the field and pokes the ball loose and State recovers the fumble to regain possession. State's defense would go on to hold the Cards stagnant and a couple of Winston tds later along with a Dalvin Cook run State would be up 28-24 early in the 4th quarter. Cards would take the lead again but Cook responded with a 38 yd sprint to the endzone, State would eventually win 42-31.

Last year, Cards went into the half with a 7-6 lead, Golson would have a great day along with Cook who had an injured hamstring. Noles win 41-21. Francois is now the qb and in his first game already has a comeback win under his belt. He's a brewing star. Would I be surprised if he's 1 of 4 at the Downtown Athletic Club this year? No. Last year FSU pretty much held Jackson on the ground with timely blitzes, he has a strong arm and their receivers did some damage deep, but facing stellar talent and deeper talent the Cards need jump out early and often here again I think. Early game so they can catch FSU asleep again but how long will it last, Imma go with the Noles here should be a great game.

Perfect spot to take the Thundering Herd next week. If Louisville blows out FSU the line will be massive. Sandwiched in between FSU and Clemson, on the road. Not going to say it'll be close (since they're down by 20 to Akron at home), but Marshall should be able to stay well within the line.

FSU got down 28-6 to Ole Miss. They aren't any good. Louisville could be a legit top 5 team though, but FSU plays in a weak conference and had no business being ranked #2.

james quick and those guys are so talented man, they ALL can take the top off ANY secondary. everyone is forgetting what chad kelly did to that SAME FSU secondary. he embarrassed them. im watching the FSU & ole miss game right now as we speak. now Ole miss did tank in the 2H but that was more of bad decision making and bad play by ole miss than great defense by FSU. if FSU falls asleep for one second they are screwed.. its going to be a hell of game for sure
