#5Fazzer...fade me when it comes to the Derby.
I'm not saying I'm good at horse racing but not bad, but in Kentucky Derby, I'm GARBAGE.

#7Hey Pete, how do you get the burgers to cook all the way through when they're that big? I like my burgers cooked all the way through so I generally have to make little pinner size burgers when I barbeque. If you have a secret to it, please share.
Oh, and, gas or charcoal?

#10Here is a tip. When you cook the burgers on the grill do not push the burgers down with the spatula to squeeze the juice out.Comment -

#12Unreal, that's freaking brilliant! I can see how that would totally solve the problem. You're the man, Genny! Next time you're in California you've got a place to stay here.

#13Originally posted by The GeneralThat is the way, Sammy. I could grill every night. Hope all works out in the apartment for you guys.
Either Gas grill or charcoal. Patty up the burgers then here is a good tip. Use your finger or whatever to punch a nice 3/4" or so hole in the very center of the burger. Like a donut, Sir. In the past, acquaintances would be like " WTF", but it works real well. This allows heat to get into the middle faster. It really works.
