Potential Bama backers couldn't be more pleased. I'm beyond pleased in regards to the love that FSU is receiving, and it will certainly create a advantageous wagering opportunity.

In 2003 the same thing was said about Oklahoma. "Greatest Team in History". They lost their last 2 games when it counted.

In 2005 the same thing was being said about USC. "Dynasty" (even though they had 1 crystal ball). Lost to UT.

In 2011 LSU was being talked about as having one of the greatest teams of all time b/c of the resume (beating the orange bowl champion, the rose bowl champion, and even the team they were playing in the NCG). They lost by 21.

Every single year it has seemed for a while people say the same thing about Oregon. "who can stop that offense?" A disciplined, attacking defense has done it each time. 0 NC's for Oregon's vaunted offense and their uni's.

FSU definately looks impressive but (SEC homer here - LSU fan) let them line up against Alabama and see what happens.

Hard not to score, or not "run up the score", when you score on a fumble recovery and long rushing TD's. The 3rd string QB, which is now the backup, needs game experience. So he got to throw a little bit. Which also included a nice touch pass for a TD.
