Betfred, the official sportsbook sponsor of the Cincinnati Bengals, announced on Wednesday that they are paying out all Bengals Super Bowl wagers ahead of the AFC Championship game.

Definitely a marketing play here by Betfred, who is now operating in 9 states. In addition to the early payout, they have also boosted the Bengals Super Bowl odds to +300, available until kickoff on Sunday.
