Allow me to explain my crazy and absurd take on this one. GOY Lucky, the Jets, Really???

NE has only won by DD twice at Jets past 10 years. Losing SU 4 times. Jets always give them trouble. Just ask the patriots. The players know this will likely be competitive. I’ve read and listened to players and coaches comments this week about this game. Now Mcnown looked bad last week and jets were humiliated at home. He WILL NEED to play better today and I’m banking on the fact that he will..he’s a cagey veteran and it’s not like this Pats defense is elite. The pats have shown vulnerability this year..Line is inflated similar to what happened last night in Southern Cal with Notre Dame spread rising and rising and money pouring in on fighting Irish. Guys, this is a ballsy call but anyone’s that said followed me over the years won’t be suprised. All I can say is EVERY and I mean EVERY JOE SCHMOE that gambles on nfl today will have pats in a teaser or parlay and probably ATS too...you know how I feel about that as it falls into contrarian football system of mine. This is the only game today where the consensus is Pats will crush em, no contest...I say not so fast..J E T S jets jets jets

Hard to stomach losses like that on 1 unit plays...let alone 3. Got crushed on early games and it sucks. Dropped TD pass...yeah of course he would drop it, why didn’t I factor that into my handicapping...
snf strong lean to vikings. Like a play on the total here. Maybe salvage the week late if broncos and cards come through. Another Tough one in nfl today. Just haven’t been able to string em together yet this year..unlucky or whatever but a loss is a loss.

Exactly right TP. Seems NFL more then any other sport..crazy stuff. Tonight is easy for me. The only question I have is weather I will see value in upgrading one of these to a 2 unit play. If I do I will get it posted within at least 15 min before kickoff. They say betting a side and total is usually the recipe for dissapointment. But I’ve got reasons why I like both of these and I’m in it to win it tonight. Let’s sweep em..

A really bad week last week puts me in murky waters YTD for the season. Nothing more to say. I’ve sucked this year at picking winners in here. Pissed my big games haven’t come through and just overall scratching my head at this “new look” nfl were offense dominates and the “easiest” plays on the board win with regularity.

Well if easy plays been winning with regularity, everything points to Dallas fading in Brees & Co fumes.

if saints don’t cover easily like Philly game couple wks ago...that means Dallas really came to play. Even so, the level we’ve seen saints playing at is as hot and as focused as ever. Reminds me of the years of Brady Belicheck dominance. The Pats would always be a heavy public favorite and they would just kill contrarians like me that would try to be sharp and bet against em...Sean Payton and Drew Brees with the weapons they have and a vastly improved run defense and pass rush...good night. I just think even if it’s close late in game saints will still have great shot at a late cover. Why would you bet against Brees here..the contrarian in me knows why..but the contrarian nfl picks this year have been fools gold and I’ve paid the price. No I’m not abandoning my capping style, but tonight is an obvious exception. High probability winner here. I’ll take that saints offense and look at picking a spot to fade them in weeks to come. They keep it rollin tonight

This is an upgrade. Will be a dogfight. Lean points with skins but philly is due for cover and going up agagainst turnover prone McCoy will probably be the difference. I could easily see philly with a statement game and just shut down the run make colt beat them...yeah, I don’t think that’s gonna happen. Wentz is better qb and even tho his Oline is terrible and he doesn’t have great weapons, I can see him making enough plays to win. McCoy wasn’t able to hit anything downfield last week. Bad outing. I don’t expect him to come out playing any different then last week. Short pass plays lots of AP...eat clock and play good defense. UNDER IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO IN MY OPINION. HIT IT HARD
