I too held of the EDM pick. Montreal dominated last year's champs and EDM looked rough in their opener and just lost the cornerstone to their running offense (Lumsden).

Tonight I like Calgary -6 (0.5 buy to get within 2 field goals). Last year's champs got humiliated and will come out seeking revenge. They have also just added an important piece to their receiving line back from injury. WIN barely mustered points on an EDM defense that just gave up 450 yards to MTL last night. Justbet has a good writeup and Schultz is bang on with his picks (TSN).

Expect a nice clear night in Winnipeg tonight so weather won't factor in to keeping this game close if Calgary begins to dominate.

I would also look at teasing Hamilton up to +20, but not sure yet what I would tease it with. I hate to lay double on any game (Calgary) so I might just lay off the Hamilton game but getting up to 20 points is a nice cushion for a team that should at least keep it close enough to lose respectably. This would however be a much smaller play.

i like wpg this yr in about game 4 or 5 when the new qb lefors gels with receivers;;

but tonight my tm cannot hang with calgary unless they gelled earlier than i thot(30 new players but very athletic with new taller , faster 2ndry) and devastating front 7 on D;; but new qb's take a while to time it w recievers;;;

my only play is parlay;;cal -6.5 + under the number ;; right or wrong i see a fnal of cal 27 wpg 17 give or taker
i think the only thing that might push this game over the total is turnovers but wpg played a clean turnover free game in edm rainstorm and the weather is perfect in wpg tonight;;; 20c or 70 farenheit / no rain/ and light breeze;; go bombers
