Big East Conference Tournament Play #1
DePaul-UConn Over 144 [-110]
DePaul has given up 80+ points in eleven of their 18 Big East conference games this season and 70 or more in 16 of those. UConn won the regular season meeting with an 80-54 win. The Huskies aren't the most potent offensive group, averaging almost 69 ppg - but they should do some damage again against the Blue Demons. DePaul for their part have been steadier on offense with 66 or better in ten of eleven. UConn's defense has not been overly stingy of late, giving up 70 or more in six of their last eight. The Magic # again here I think is 80 for UConn. If they hit that mark, I'm expecting DePaul to do a little more than they did in the regular season and get into the 60s or better to push this over. This would be a good game for UConn to boost their confidence as well if they can blow DePaul out, so I think they keep the pedal to the metal for a good while today.

Big East Conference Tournament Play #2
St.John's D'Angelo Harrison Total Points Over 17.5 [-125]
This kid hasn't met too many shots he doesn't like. He's hit for 18 or more in nine of his last 13, including 21 when St.John's played Pitt just a few days ago. In this same stretch, he's hoisted up 15 or more shots in nine games as well and he plays damn near 40 minutes quite a bit. I think getting his first taste of this tournament, he's going to try and light it up even more today. He is the Red Storm's main weapon. Give me 36 minutes or better and 15 shots or more and I think he gets this #.

hey ep quick question what do you usuallly look for with these after you calculate the total possession say the is 69 and the total possesison for first half were 66+5 for 2nd half would make it 71 would you go over in this case since its less htan a point per posession needed?

The Jackrabbits meet Western Illinois for a trip to the NCAAs. SD State won both regular season meetings, the 1st a slim one point win way back in December. The most recent on Feb.23, saw SD State roll to a 17 point win at home. This is a team that has covered routinely this year with a 17-6-1 ATS mark. They have won ten of their last eleven with all ten wins by double digits. They are 15-5 ATS at night as well. WIU has grinded through two wins, while SD State has rolled by double digits. The stats are similar for these two teams, but the Jackrabbits are more explosive behind stud guard Nate Wolters. Even though they are not at home, they should get a boost playing in Sioux Falls.

Big East Conference Tournament Play #3
Providence +6 [-105]
Seton Hall did win the regular season meeting @ Providence by 9, but that was back in early January. Right now, these are two teams in opposite directions. Seton Hall may have damaged its at-large chances beyond repair with losses in three of their last four, including a 28 point loss to DePaul. PC meanwhile picked up some steam with wins in two of their last three where they covered all three. PC has covered seven of their last ten overall. Big thing PC must do better tonight is rebound. They gave up 17 offensive boards to Seton Hall in the regular season meeting. I think if they shore up the rebounding and get steady play from their guards, they will be in this one and could even pull off an upset.
