Ayo, just wondering where you could get Michigan at -2 when it opened at -3 and went to -4 quickly. Also, why do you buy off of a solid number? That's just poor money management in the long run right. I can understand buying the hook to save you but never buying off a number in basketball.

Michigan opened at -2 at bet online yesterday around 2pm, grabbed it at around 4pm..if you look back a few pages you'll see when I posted it yesterday(pg182 post6347) Also, people always have comments about buying points and money management, I buy lines to where I want them, regardless of the juice. My system will always stay constant unless i feel i need a change, regardless of what you or anybody thinks is good money management.GL

Yes sometimes the juice is not worth the risk, that's why buying a point onto a higher spread holds little value. However, buying points to get a spread to basically a possession does indeed hold value and has been my most common move. Also, im not a fan of buying a lot of points in parlays, because of the significant loss of value that comes with it.

paying extra juice on that many bets means you have to win a higher percentage of bets. if you bet all -110s you have to hit like 53% to breakeven. that's hard enough in itself...when you start buying points to get to -130 or -140 juice on all those games, the percentage SKYROCKETS just to breakeven. you are killing your long term profits.

playing -140 lines means an extra 30c juice..that means buying pts has to earn you the win like 1 out of every 4 games JUST to break even. so you'd have to hit a better rate than 1 out of 4 to make money.

trust me when i say this...STOP BUYING POINTS DAILY... it makes sense in football off key numbers like 3,4,7,10 ...never buy points on totals. that just makes no sense. a half point or a point on a total? come on...

and in basketball ugh...never buy points period really. that's just 1 missed free throw out of the countless numbers over the course of a game. or a missed jumper. NEVER buy on bball totals either no matter what. that's insane

you can google the math on it if you want. buying points like giants +3 to go +3.5 could make sense. but doing it every day is just purely killing your profits. guaranteed. if you have to buy points go bet a different game

pro's dont buy points at a casino cuz you can't. there's no reason to. stop making it more difficult to make money. the books already have the advantage. play a different game if you don't think you can beat the number on the board at -110.

friendly advice. dont take it the wrong way. most people will read this and just think i'm an idiot. when you've been doing it for this long and you understand the math involved in winning then you will see the light.
