Hm... horrible NO CALL by the refs on the goal-tending... I'm getting sick of getting screwed by bad reffing. These aren't tough calls, like an offensive charge/blocking foul... this is people running out of bounds while traveling and the ball rolling on the rim and a player ripping the ball off of it.
Cuse didn't look good at all tonight anyway... but it would've been tied... now they are down 5... could still go to OT...but I'd rather the refs just call a fair game.

Two things I will say about UConn and Louisville... they rebounded like they WANTED it yesterday. That's why I hate betting these tourneys cuz you never know motivations. But ND sounded like they wanted to win but then they just stopped playing in the second half.
Today it will be hard to say who's going to win... because they both want it. I have an early lean towards LVille here... but fear that Kemba will out-will the rest of the world and steal it. Will probably not touch the game tonight. -1.2 Units in the Big East tourney.
The first round of the NCAA tourney in the last two years I've gone 7-3 and 8-3 (a combined 15-6 (71.43%)) So I'm looking forward to the NCAA tourney!Comment -

BYU got their asses handed to them... much like I think will happen in the NCAA tourney. They will get a 2 seed or 3 seed...and then they lose in the like the 2nd or 3rd round, all because they couldn't handle a little sex.
LVille... I'm still thinking they will win, but honestly... but teams are gonna be tired. Defense is hard to accomplish when you're exhausted. I have a slight lean to the over 136...but won't play it....as some coaches may decide to slow things way down if they are too tired.
Also... Kemba, as much as I hate him... he's got a TON of heart...and I respect that. He left it all out there on the floor against Notre Dame, and for that, I say he's got a chance to take down LVille tonight.Comment -

I'm tempted to take Penn State, but I dunno...they could get slaughtered... My number crunching has them losing by 10.2 ...and the line is 10.5...so there's no real value there... But if you look at their last couple of games, you'll see one thing: HEART. And heart is what won UConn the Big East title.
Ohio State won by 3 the first time the two met AT Ohio State...impressive. But then Ohio State BLEW UP Penn State by 21 the second time they met AT Penn State.
They both play slow games, very low tempos... which goes in the favor of the UNDER and in favor of the UNDERDOG. At +10.5 it's REALLY tempting to take a team that WANTS it.Comment -

NCAA brackets and lines are out... already looking over a few plays. Will have a number of plays up later...First I have a TON of work to do. I won't just be playing Big East for the tourney, so my unit size will be remarkably smaller. Probably 1/3 unit size for the tourney, even though historically I've done very well in the tourney, this was the first year I focused only on the Big East. I'll still be aided by my trusty computers...so we'll do alright

Ok, I have 3 plays for the first round. It's down drastically from the last 3 years...but I've been a hell of a lot more selective this year, shooting for a higher W%.
Conference Season:
35-20 (63.64% ATS)
I think I was quite successful. Before I post these 3 plays though, I need the lines to move a bit more/5Dimes to open up reduced juice.
I will say that 2 of the games contain Big East teams...and that I'm going to use HALF units as my unit size for this post season. (I'm confidant in these plays and my NCAA tourney abilities, but as my out of conference record this year wasn't nearly as good as my in-conference record, I'm going to lay back just to play it safe)
May be more plays later as lines move and information evolves, we'll see!Comment -
First 3 plays of the NCAA tourney, and yes, I changed my mind yet again, going full units because there's only 3 plays instead of the 10 I initially thought there would be, and these same plays have hit at a (71.43%) clip for me the last 2 years (7-3) and (8-3) for a total of (15-6) in the last 2 years.
