Not literally shutting the thread down as he worded it. I was just considering taking the last 7-10 days of the regular season off because it seemed like the games in the final week could be hard to predict with so many of them being meaningless.

edit. Chevy is right. That is the reason for the late line movement on the over. I like it to still go under regardless.

The pace isn't bad. But with how bad defensively they played in the 1st half, I don't know if you cant count on the law of averages to bring the shooting numbers back down. It is pretty much a meaningless game for Orlando and it looks like that is how they are approaching it.

The line movement up to 182.5 happened because Stephen Jackson got upgraded to probable out of the blue, then last minute downgraded back to out, the line went back down to 181 after that. But good decision to stay away regardless.

Thanks. There used to always be a separate "NBA 1st Half" tab, so I didn't even bother to check that section.

Probably going to pass on the model plays tonight and just look for 2H plays later.

Carolina/Dallas ML 2-team parlay (+157) is a good play in the NHL tonight in my opinion. Dallas and Carolina are both the bubble teams sitting at the #9 seed in their conferences, and if they lose tonight they are done (mathematically for Dallas, realistically for Carolina). So it is a must win for both teams. That is not the reason i am playing it, I like the actual match-ups for both teams and saw value in their individual lines. Just pointing out that you can be sure the motivation, effort, and desperation will be there tonight from both teams.

p.s I made that wager last night, it is more like a +141 wager now after the lines have moved. Though adding a -1500+ ML to the parlay would boost it back up around the price I got, if there are any huge ML's you like.

Dallas dominated that 1st period. Colorado only had 2 shots on goal. I don't think I have ever seen a shot total for a period that low before. Lets hope they keep playing the rest of the game like they did that 1st period.
