Shouldn't the JM system filter the worst ATS road teams rather than the worst SU teams? If that is the case, then Sacramento (18-14-0 ATS on the road) are nowhere near the worst team on the road.
What is interesting is that two upcoming JM series are for teams with poor ATS road records: Washington (12-20-0 ATS and 5-27 SU on the road) and Portland (12-19-0 ATS and 13-18 SU). I think the biggest risk for the JM system to tank is on the Portland series as they play Indiana (17-12-2 ATS at home), Cleveland (22-7-0 ATS at home) and Milwaukee (17-15-1 ATS at home).
