11runs Review

Well first off as we already covered, its hard to get over the 20 percent rake. Another thing is that there were several grading errors the first day of the competition I entered (only 1 day but errors still not corrected to this point). Others in my league contacted (via email) as did I, no one has received feedback yet (about a 20 hour window). 11runs does state you can contact via live chat but I haven't been able to find a live chat option to save my life, not saying its not there, but if you can find it congrats.

Its not big money but would still be nice if A. the scores were correct, B. errors do happen but that there corrected in a timely fashion once notified, and C. a simple response back to customers to assure them that their emails have been received and they are looking into the matter.

Its only a small sample since the season just started but if you (the customer) are going to endure a 20 percent rake, I don't think these listed above are that much to ask from 11runs.

This is a shout out to lou whats up lou i joined 11runs and put in 3 entry's of my own with real money on there website but the stats are so incorrect rewarding pitchers points for wins when they got no decision etc etc i reached out to them several time and there downplaying it roy halladay and cc sabitha did not get wins but yet they all got rewarded for wins maybe you can help it out thanks.

I too reached out to them to notify them of this error and received the following email in my inbox this morning so hopefully going forward there will no longer be the grading error regarding pitchers:

i got stuck with only 2 teams in my so it was a 3 team race and the guy in front of me had cc sabitha and roy halladay with a win each they took it and awarded me the 13 bucks but the guy had furcal and posey on sunday night and with there stats he should be the winner so i dunt know where there doing

They didn't deposit actual cash but free credits, I received 200 free credits which is the equivalent of the $5 cash I won in this contest. Check your free credits, I bet they did this for all players.
