easy there BDJ....those people who paid you 20 points for this particular pool, but are not actually competing for a chance at the prize for this pool, have been refunded their buyin, and the total pool prize has been adjusted accordingly....i dunno how you operate but if people paid points and aren't eligible for the payout or partcipation have been refunded....as it stands now these are the people who have paid properly and are eligible as of the first week of the season

dunno bud....i tried to step in and get it straightened out....i pmed Lou about reimbursing our buyin points....bigdaddy banned me from making picks becuase i was reimbursing people he stole from (folks who had paid him points for the contest but were never able to sign into our yahoo league) the way i had it figured there were 22 of us legit playing for 440 points.....as it stands now i dunno, i'm out now thanks to bigdaddy, and until lou hits me back i guess you guys are in limbo....gl with it, now with bigdaddy back at the helm it's hard to tell what the hell will happen.....

anyways BOL to those of you left, don't know what you're playing for or if you'll get paid now, be sure not to try to be fair to the guys who were stolen from or bigdaddy will ban you and steal your points as well....

tried bro but i have a feeling that anyone who tries, and tries to be fair, will be banned from making picks by BDJ. I have pm's in to Lou waiting on a reply. I'll let you guys know when I hear back from Lou.

if you guys do get it back off the ground, keep in mind that with me now removed, there are 21 people who have paid and were eligible to make picks and that would be 420 points paid to the winner.....(was 22 and 440, but i'm no longer able to make picks so my points wouldn't be up for grabs, this is something BDJ has trouble understanding)

Hi guys,

Unfortunately, SBR cannot actively monitor other members off-site forum-created contests. In this case, we got involved to oversee the point allocation for posters that chose to manually send points to another poster who had lost point access. We gave out points as the member who overtook the contest organization requested and reimbursed fees as asked to.

Everyone who spent points on the botched contest should be reimbursed now. I'd ask you that you use the SBR Contests platform in the future if possible and use the entry fee option so that the point distribution and prize allocation will be handled automatically by the system, and won't be contingent on an individual posters status.

and there ya have it guys, Lou just sent me the PM confirming that all those who submitted a buyin to this pool have been refunded their 20 points (the list i had posted earlier) that list included all of us who had actually been participating in the yahoo league pickem, and all those who BDJ had fraudulently stolen points from (the guys i had lou reimburse earlier that ultimately led BDJ to ban me from picking in the Yahoo League)
