Jon Q I believe I followed the rules of what could be made of them I went to the yahoo site signed up and there was other people signed up in there I paid my 20 points I dont see any reason why I should not be allowed to continue to compete in this contest in case we do end up getting paid I have been posting my picks on that yahoo site.Comment -
i here ya chronic....the only problem is that it was the wrong league....the league originally posted was one that user "Andy117" had used previously and suggested....the league that BDJ used was #7388 and titled "survivor pool contest".....
you're not signed up in the contest league for this particular thread (through no fault of your own of course, it was a mix up on BDJ's end and quite confusing i'll agree....) if someone who is in this correct league and also signed up for the other league (the one that you are signed up in by mistake) and can see your picks to vouch for them then i wouldn't see why ya can't still be in.....hit me back man and lemme know if someone is signed up in both leagues and willing to vouch for your picks manComment -

Jon, If you want to allow Chronic to play then I can post if he gets eliminated. Some players are in both leagues. Nina is I know, and some others. You'll have to compare lists, but they can also verify if they want.
It looks like ChamboKL is also in this league. If you're going to allow Chronic, then you should probably keep ChamboKL in the pool also and not return his points. He may not even realize he's in the wrong league.Comment -
Nicely done marbles, thanks man for coming back with the quickness on this one, as i was trying to mull over what to do with those guys who were in the "other" league by mistake but had already paid the points....(which by the looks of it, only includes Chambokl and oChronico)

The majority of us sent the points to the right person before the deadline and made our pick on time for week 1. I don't think following the rules was that difficult to be honest. We're not talking about 200 SBR points here either.Comment -
i agree 100% steve, hell BDJ did even make a post, which i quoted earlier which said "hey these people aren't official for this reason, and these people aren't official for this reason" and people still failed to get their ish together
ok gonna make an executive decision...the number one criteria for this contest once i decided to grab the reigns was that you had to atleast have points posted in post 1 of this thread as big daddy required....that was a requirement 25 of us managed to figure that out....
since canepole did not post his points in that first post then i'm going to have Lou reimburse canepole for his buyin, however canepole will not be allowed to participate....i can understand to a degree the confusion around which league to join, but in BDJ's defense he did make it pretty clear that the points had to be put in the original post.....
