I follow the Padres a lot as well, lately Richard hasn't gotten much run support but he is the best Lefty starter the Padres have had in a while. He has a good pick-off move too.

I'm not happy about giving up Rizzo either, although our farm system is stocked...a lot of our arms have been hurt this year...I wonder if it is bad luck or something having to do with the way we strength train guys and how often we have our pitchers throw?

Don't forget we also have Kyle Blanks. Guy got Tommy John after they try to make him a Outfielder. How about Nick Hundley? Man, that guy is so done. Can't believe they sent him down to the minors because he can't hit the ball anymore. He is only good at defense, but might as well have him bunt every at bat
